How long does my order typically take to ship?

All orders are guaranteed to ship within 1-2 weeks of the order being placed and the tracking number will be sent via the email provided at checkout once it is shipped. Most items are “as pictured” or “ready to ship” which decreased the time between the order being placed and the order being shipped. If we do have to create the candle ordered it will not take any longer than 2 weeks to ship. Every order is shipped using USPS priority 1-3 day shipping. Due to Covid-19 and around holidays there are some unusual shipping delays at times. Feel free to reach out to Witchn Wicks through email or on social media if you would like an update on your order. We are currently only shipping orders on Tuesday and Thursday. We appreciate your patience and understanding considering we are a business operated solely by one individual who also happens to be a mother of two very active children. This is why we can only guarantee shipment within 7-14 days at this time. Thank you!

Where can I buy your candles?

You can buy all your favorite Witchn Wicks on our website or by claiming blends through social media. You may also buy your favorite candle in person at various New Jersey locations such as Earth Spirit in Red Bank, NJ, Salted Gems in Lavallette, NJ, or you can catch the Witchn team at any Lunar Faire event. Check our “Events” page for more info on other events Witchn will be at in the near future. You can also buy AND make your own candles at our Witchn Wicks location opening up for candle making classes in the near future! Follow our social media for more updates.

What are your candles made of?

All of our candles are crafted using an ideal blend of soy and coconut wax. Our wax is clean burning and extends the burn time of each candle so you can enjoy the magic a little more each time you light the wick. Each candle is topped with dried herbs and infused with clean burning oils. Our wicks are made of high quality 100% cotton for less smoke and to eliminate residue left on surrounding surfaces. What do your candles come with?

Our candles aren’t just for burning, they’re an entire experience if you choose to take advantage of the energy at hand. Every blend is intentionally created and Reiki infused by our resident Reiki Master. They include affirmations that empower the intention of each candle as well as extra herbs for burning and instructions on how to use them together for the optimal experience. Visualization is so important when it comes to manifesting the life of your desires and we made sure to stimulate all the senses with our unique ritual experiences.

What kind of containers do you use to make your candles?

We truly believe in sustainability and the idea that reusable products are the future. Our regular 8oz blends all come in glass mason jars that can be reused. Many of the other reusable containers include planters, mugs, and crystal dishes. The magic of any soy wax blend is the easy clean up. Nearly every container and crystal can be cleaned off using warm/hot water and a very small amount of dish soap. Almost all of our candles have multiple uses. All of our candle containers are locally sourced and/or acquired through wholesale. We do not make our containers… yet.

What should I do with the crystals in my candle?

When coming up with new blends and restocking our crystals, we like to keep in mind how they will last in the high heat setting. Almost all our crystals can withstand the high temperature of the burning wick and be kept for later use long after the candle is gone. The gemstones can be cleaned off by hand using warm/hot water and a small amount of dish soap. Smaller crystals typically will sink once the wax is soft, but they can be removed using tongs or a spoon if desired. These smaller stones can be retrieved once the candle is finished burning safely. If the larger gems are left to sink through the hot wax like the smaller crystals typically do, the wax level will rise and consume the wick. For the ideal candle experience, we recommend removing larger tumble stones and statement pieces once the wax has softened enough to do so.
